This is a professionally developed class designed for project managers who are preparing to sit for the PMP® Certification Exam. This class will cover all nine knowledge areas, the five process groups and 44 processes. The class will be managed by a volunteer PMP and taught by volunteer PMPs who are motivated to help other PM’s increase their knowledge of formal project management and become certified.

Fall 2008 class begins August 28th. 

Who should attend?

Any project manager or manager who is planning to sit for the PMP® Certification Exam. Any manager who wants to learn the PMBOK project management standard or wishes to gain an in-depth knowledge base of project management concepts and theories.

Typical Session Format

60 minute – Lecture & Discussion
15 minute – Break
45 minute – Class Exercises
60 minute – Review and Practice Test
