It will also include an interactive session and will conclude by providing 3 key reasons why each of us need to take on new leadership roles for today's dynamic organizations.
Speaker Bio:
Since 1997 as president of 20/20 Marketing, Rich Delaney has helped companies get more from their marketing, sales efforts and employees with a focus on strategic planning, integrated marketing communications, sales development programs, and improved communications strategies. He built the firm based on his past experience with small and large companies in diverse industries including banking, construction equipment, consumer finance, advertising, and retailing.
Before becoming President of 20/20 Marketing, he served as Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing of UMB Financial Corporation. He has held senior level marketing positions with ITT Corporation, Montgomery Ward Corporation, FMB Corporation and Caterpillar Corporation. His leadership of an integrated marketing effort increased business by over $21 million for one company and implementation of a new marketing process lowered account acquisition costs by 47% for another client.
In addition to helping companies with their corporate identities, advertising campaigns, and product concepts, he has written numerous articles, the most popular being 360° Dynamic MarketingÔ for Greater Sales Success and Making A Sales Culture Come To Life, which have appeared in local business publications. His recently published book, Power Up Your Selling Effectiveness helps individuals and organizations achieve greater success in the fields of sales and sales management.
Rich earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, a Masters of International Marketing degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from the University of Arizona. He also recently earned his White Belt in Lean Six-Sigma.
He has taught graduate business classes in marketing at Emporia State University, Baker University, the University of Phoenix, and at Aquinas University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
He and his wife Kathy live in Overland Park, Kansas.
